EFC Schweiz AG is part of the EFC Group, an international subcontracting and services partner supporting general and total contractors across Europe. To strengthen our presence in Switzerland, we are looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager to develop the local market and, once established, take responsibility for local operations.

This role is suited to a professional who combines business development capability with operational understanding and is motivated to grow together with the organization.

Your Responsibilities

The position is structured in two phases:

Phase 1 – Business Development & Client Relations

• Develop and grow EFC’s client relationships in Switzerland

• Act as the local point of contact for clients and business partners

• Identify project opportunities and support contract initiation

• Represent EFC Schweiz AG in client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Phase 2 – Operations & Local Execution

• Coordinate and oversee ongoing projects and operational activities

• Support the establishment and further development of local operational structures in Switzerland

• Coordinate subcontractors, partners, and internal group resources

• Support recruitment and onboarding of operational staff as required

• Ensure efficient communication between Swiss projects and the wider EFC Group

Your Profile

• Experience in business development, client relations, operations, or project coordination

• Experience within construction, subcontracting, technical services, or a related industry is an advantage

• Good understanding of the Swiss market and business environment

• Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style

• Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility

• Strong communication skills in German and/or English (French is an advantage)
